WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL OR WEDDING VENUE?

Unfortunately, there is not any transportation provided from the airport to the hotel or wedding venue. However, under the Travel Accommodations tab there are rental car services listed for you to review.

WHAT DAYS SHOULD I TRAVEL?

We would love for everyone to travel Friday 05/23/2025 to Sunday 05/25/2025. If you are able to stay until Memorial Day on Monday 05/26/2025, that could be a mini vacation for you and your families.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We urge guests to arrive at the venue by 10:30 AM. During this time, there shouldn't be much traffic. Once the ceremony starts at 11:00 AM, doors will be closed. We want all of guests to arrive to the venue as safe as possible, please allocate additional time, just in case of any accidents, traffic, an or local events.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING?

Our wedding is a Black Tie Affair! This includes floor length or midi length gowns for woman and Tuxedos for men. This does NOT include beachwear, shorts, sundresses, tennis shoes of flip flops.

CAN I USE MY PHONE/CAMERA TO TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE WEDDING CEREMONY?

We asked a professional Photographer & Videographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. However, we would love to get as many candid photos/videos as we can but please wait until the Cocktail Hour & Reception.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The wedding will be completely indoor. There are opportunities for guests to go outside during the cocktail hour or reception if they would like to.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Unfortunately, the only children that will be able to attend are children that are included within the wedding party. We apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience you may incur.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

All plus ones must be approved by the Bride and Groom, when in doubt please don't hesitate to ask.

DOES THE VENUE HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS?

Yes! Guests that use wheelchairs are accommodated with ramps within the venue. Additionally, the wedding will be held on the first floor only.

IS THIS WEDDING INVITE ONLY?

Yes, as much as we would love to have you all there to celebrate with us, unfortunately, we cannot due to limited space.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RSVP?

If you don't RSVP by December 22, 2024, you will not be able to attend the wedding. We would love your presence however, we would not be able to accommodate any last minute changes.

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL AVAILABLE?

Drinks are on us, but the hangovers are on you! We will be having a limited bar, so we better see you on the dance floor!

WILL THERE BE SECURITY?

There will not be any security per se; however, we do ask our guests to please govern yourselves accordingly when you walk in the venue and the duration of your time at the venue.

IS THERE DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS?

The venue does have designated cigarette smoking areas that lead outside of the venue.

IS THERE PARKING FEES?

The wedding will begin at 11:00 AM. In front of the venue, there is more than enough room for parking. Also, parking is completely free.
